Who we are

21frames is a partnership between Brandon Apps and Ben Rogers, 55 Coleman Avenue, Teignmouth, Devon TQ14 9DU. Contact us at info@21frames.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Your enquiry: names, contact and wedding details, your message, and the page or ad you came from. We use it to reply to you, because you asked us to.
• Your booking and payment details, to make the film under our contract and to keep the accounts the law requires.
• Video and audio of you and your guests on your wedding day, to make the film under our contract, as set out in your booking agreement.
• Which ads and pages lead to enquiries, and the website’s technical logs, in our legitimate interests of running our advertising and keeping the site secure.

We need your contact and wedding details to reply to you and to book you.

Who receives it

The services that run our booking system, email, calendar, video hosting and website, and an AI tool that helps us sort enquiries. If you came from a Google ad, Google is told whether the click led to an enquiry or booking, without your name or contact details. Some of these services are outside the UK and are bound by the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become bookings: two years. Booking and accounts records: up to six years. Wedding-day footage and films: as set out in your booking agreement.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or for a copy of it. Email info@21frames.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
